We currently deliver across Pakistan. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
- Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order and a shipping confirmation email once your order is dispatched.
- Estimated Delivery Time
Punjab & Major Cities: 2–4 business days
Other Areas in Pakistan: 3–6 business days

- Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Free shipping may be offered on promotional campaigns or minimum order amounts, which will be clearly mentioned on our website when applicable.
- Courier Services

- Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times. If the delivery fails both times and the order is returned to us, re-shipping charges may apply.

- Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

Clear photos of the package/product may be required for claims.
