1. Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
– The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
– Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
– Opened or used honey jars
– Products that are damaged after delivery due to customer mishandling
– Items on sale or part of a clearance campaign
– Gift cards (if applicable)
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
1. Email us at qutabnaturals@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number, reason for return, and any photo evidence if the product is damaged.
3. Our support team will guide you through the return process.
4. Return Shipping
– Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
– We recommend using a trackable courier service for your return shipment.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
– We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
– If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method or bank account (in case of COD orders) within 7–10 business days.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error. If you need to exchange a product, contact us at qutabnaturals@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
7. Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:
– Notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
– Share photos of the product and packaging to speed up the resolution process.
– We will offer a replacement or full refund based on your preference.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
